Getting to InfoCamp
InfoCamp Seattle 2010 will be on October 2 & 3 in the Pigott Building on the Seattle University campus in the First Hill/Capitol Hill area of Seattle. Read more about the venue on the InfoCamp blog.
- Official campus address: 901 12th Ave, Seattle WA 98122
- Maps: View a Google map of the area or a campus map.
- Bus: King County Metro bus routes that serve the area: 2, 3, 4, 9, 12, 43, 49, 60, 64, 84, 205, 211, 303, 941
- Bike: Navigate the streets of Seattle with a Seattle bike map. Bike racks are available on the Seattle U campus.
- Carpool: Interested in carpooling? Check out the carpooling page.
- Drive: You can park in the visitor parking lot near the main entrance of campus at 12th Ave & E Marion St. More details on parking soon.
- Directions from the north:
- Head south on I-5
- Take exit 165A to James Street
- Left onto James Street

Getting to Seattle
Flying to Sea-Tac Airport? There are several ways to get from Sea-Tac to Seattle, including Link Light Rail, bus, taxi, and shuttles. To get to the Silver Cloud Hotel (recommended hotel for InfoCamp) from the airport, we recommend one of two options:
- take a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel.
- take the Light Rail from the airport to the University Street Station. From there, you can take a bus (route 2 - view google transit map of this option), hail a taxi, or walk the one mile uphill to the Silver Cloud Hotel (see map).
Taking the train to Seattle? You'll arrive at the King Street Station in downtown, about 1.5 miles from InfoCamp. To get to the Silver Cloud Hotel, you have two options:
- take a taxi directly from the train station to the hotel.
- walk a half mile to 2nd & Marion, and take the bus (route 12 - view google transit map of this option).
Lodging
The closest hotel to InfoCamp is the Silver Cloud Hotel on Broadway. It's one block from the venue for InfoCamp, Seattle U's Pigott Building. Check out how close it is -- you can see the hotel from an InfoCamp breakout room!
We've reserved a block of 50 discounted rooms at the Silver Cloud for Friday (Oct 1) and Saturday (Oct 2) nights. There will be some available for Sunday, if needed. A room with one king bed is $135, and a room with two queen beds is $145. These rooms will be available at this discount until Sept 10.
Please call the Silver Cloud at (206) 325-1400 to make a reservation. Mention the code "INFOCAMP" to identify yourself. The hotel's online reservation system is undergoing development, so call instead of booking online.
